Employee Pay Slips Service for Small Business's The first question many customers ask is can we link to Payroll and the answer is usually a qualified YES. All of our electronic calculating time systems support some form of "export" file suitable for payroll program "import" Not all payroll programs will give similar support. More particularly, payroll bureau's seem unable to recognise these facilities and expect fussy forms to be filled and faxed to them for processing. At Ontime Systems we have been using the renown payroll program PAYE Master from Iris software for over ten years and the facilities provided by this product are excellent. Not only hourly paid staff but also monthly and Directors remuneration is covered by this product with all the end of year functions included and almost instantaneous updates every time the Chancellor of the Exchequer changes the tax rules. We have now set-up the bureau version of PAYE Master in order to extend this service to our customers. We realise this service will appeal mainly to the smaller customer and that is OK. At a cost of about £1.00 per person per week we think this service will appeal to those with a modest budget and one of our smaller electronic systems. How does the service operate? Firstly, customers must be operating one of our electronic clocks starting with MAX CP-2200PC or a swipe card system. Secondly, customer will need to authorise hours for payment within the clock program using the simple edit facilities then export the finished file to an E-mail attachment. We receive your file attachment and run it through the PAYE input process and produce payslips and other reports required by customer accounting systems. BACS forms or other direct banking facilities are available without extra cost. End of year reconciliation's for P14s, P60s and P30s can be produced for a small supplementary charge for approved stationery. We also expect to provide facilities for electronic filing. Initial Set-Up Fee In common with most computer systems first there is the pain before any gain. By this we mean that accurate Company and employee details need to be set-up within our PAYE Master system. This takes time so a modest charge is made for this setting up service.
