We believe looking to the longer term may be a more favourable solution for expanding or valued businesses. Not only does the MAX ER-2200PC provide all the usual functions of a card printed recorder but also the capability of storing these records directly into computer database files. (More than useful in cases of tribunal disputes.) Quite apart from this it also enables links to spreadsheets, payroll after calculating the basic time records into gross hours and minutes for payment. (i.e. Basic rate and three rates for overtime.) Obviously, customers are welcome to purchase this system outright (see information sheet and Buy Now option) but to spread the cost why not consider a leasing option. We have arranged a favourable 3-year option for customers whereby all costs are included for this period after which they can upgrade or purchase the system for a nominal sum. Customers will all vary in their requirement for card racks and stock of time cards all of which can be bundled into a leasing deal meaning that no other cost are likely during the 3-year term. If a Company expands its usage above the anticipated for the period than extra supplies are available at our list prices.
